The hotel rooms are nice and spacious, very close to facilities, restaurants, and shops; they even have their own ensuite, which is great. However, the service can be moody at the front desk initially but overall friendly. The location is convenient close to dining options and attractions. The dining is a tad expensive but includes useful amenities like a microwave and cutlery, which allows for making your own breakfast. The facilities are well-maintained, and the undercover parking entry height is good to know.

The hotel rooms were very spacious and had everything you need for a short stay like a kettle, toaster, microwave, mini fridge, and TV. However, there was a really bad odor that smelt like sweat and mold, which was quite off-putting.

The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a few cleanliness issues in the bathroom, but the two king-size beds were really cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, meeting our needs throughout our stay. The location was super convenient for our event attendance, especially being close to the Dickson shopping center. The dining experience was good, although the breakfast room had limited options. Overall, a nice stay with great value for money.
